1. The service
webwala.ai builds and operates a clinic website plus discovery, conversion, retention and attribution tools. We provide the service on a monthly subscription; features depend on your plan.
2. Free trial & billing
New clinics get a 14-day free trial. After that, the chosen plan bills monthly via UPI or the method on file. There is no lock-in — cancel any time and service continues to the end of the paid period.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate clinic information and hold the rights to any content you supply.
- As the Data Fiduciary for patient data, obtain valid consent where required.
- Use WhatsApp features only for legitimate, consented communication with your patients.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; no unofficial WhatsApp bulk tools; no attempts to access another clinic's data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
